In January, NCW completed a new training camp for multi-family electrical work in Miami. Six employees participated under the tutelage of Tyrone Harley, Bobby Mattingly, and two licensed electricians acting as third party instructors. The class focused on best practices for electrical “rough” phase installation within steel stud, table form slab deck multi-family construction.
Recently, NCW was hired by national MEP Subcontractor to recruit for 3D CAD designers. The process includes sourcing, screening, qualifying and packaging prospects nationally, for placement within a permanent position in the Design Department at NCW’s client.
